Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is the first stage of a proposed procurement process for the acquisition of ISS for RF/ELATS. RF/ELATS is a complex avionics testing system used for the fault finding, maintenance and calibration of F/A-18 Hornet Electronic Warfare equipment and S70B-2 Seahawk avionic flight critical systems.
ISS includes engineering and maintenance support, technical investigations, product improvements and configuration management of RF/ELATS through to Planned Withdrawal Date of the F/A-18 Hornet fleet and Seahawk platform. Following this RFP process, the Commonwealth intends to develop a shortlist of Respondents who will be invited to respond to a restricted RFT based upon their responses to this RFP.
