Garantia de participare - conform anexei privind loturile. Garantia de buna executie: 6% din pretul contractului subsecvent fara tva.

Surse bugetare - bugetul de stat si venituri proprii. Plata se va face prin ordin de plata, in termen de 60 de zile de la primirea documentelor de receptie cantitativa si calitativa.

Declaratia pe propria raspundere privind eligibilitatea; Declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art. 181; Certificate constatatoare privind indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat; Fisa de informatii generale; Certificat de inregistrare, Certificat constatator/autorizatie de functionare; Vor fi exclusi de la procedura de achizitie ofertantii care se afla intr-una din situatiile prevazute la art. 180 si 181, precum si ofertantii care nu respecta prevederile art. 46 din O.u.G. 34/2006, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Vor fi exclusi de la procedura de achizitie ofertantii care nu au in obiectul de activitate producerea, respectiv comercializarea produselor care fac obiectul licitatiei in functie de calitatea in care acestia participa.
