Declaratie privind eligibilitatea (cerinta obligatorie); declaratie privind neincadrarea in situatiile prevazute la art.181 din OUG nr.34/2006 (cerinta obligatorie); declaratii privind calitatea de participant la procedura (cerinta obligatorie); certificat fiscal privind impozitele si taxele locale (cerinta obligatorie); certificat de inregistrare eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului - xerocopie certificata pentru conformitate cu originalul semnata si stampilata (cerinta obligatorie); certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, cu cel mult 30 de zile inainte de depunerea documentelor de calificare, in original sau copie legalizata (cerinta obligatorie);

- Bilanturile contabile pe ultimii 3 ani, vizate si înregistrate de organele competente in copie certificata pentru conformitate cu originalul, cu semnatura si stampila
- Profitul net conform ultimului bilant contabil sa fie pozitiv media cifrei de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani
- Cifra de afaceri medie anuala pe ultimii 3 ani va fi de cel putin - 8.800.000 lei

Fisa/fise de informatii privind experienta (cerinta obligatorie); lista principalelor lucrari executate in ultimii 5 ani (cerinta obligatorie); ofertantii vor face dovada finalizarii (adica receptie la terminarea lucrarilor sau receptie finala), in ultimii 5 ani , a unui contract asemanator, in valoare de minim 1.200.000 lei. Pentru fiecare lucrare similara se vor prezenta - contract, proces verbal de receptie, recomandari in original sau copie legalizata, din partea a cel putin 3 beneficiari a celor mai importante lucrari (cerinta obligatorie); resurse tehnice (cerinta obligatorie); resurse umane (cerinta obligatorie); certificat de atestate ISO 9001 pentru managementul calitatii in constructie (cerinta obligatorie); certificat de atestare ISO 14001 privind standardele de protectie a mediului (cerinta obligatorie); certificat ISO 18001 privind sanatataea si securitatea ocupationala (cerinta obligatorie).Ofertantul trebuie sa dispuna de echipamanet si bunuri proprii ( se accepta si inchirierea sau contracte de colaborare) in stransa legatura cu specificul lucrarii si intr-un numar bine dimensionat pentru indeplinirea contractului.
- Se va face dovada prin prezentarea de documente edificatoare - in copie - ca ofertantul principal, asociatul este atestat de Agentia Nationala pentru Reglementare in Energetica (ANRE).
