SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

Main place of delivery: Hamar, Stange and Ringsaker municipalities,
Norway.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Hias IKS would
like tenders for refuse collection equipment for the period 1.2.2010 -
1.1.2013 with an option for an extension of 1 + 1 year. The refuse
collection material comprises of, amongst other things, waste containers,
hinge locks for waste containers, paper bags, corn bags for buried
containers, plastic sacks for plastic packaging, plastic sacks for residue
waste and wire baskets.
The first delivery of the refuse collection equipment will be in week 12
in 2010.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian
procurement regulations (National requirement).

necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Other documentation

1. The company's last 2 annual accounts (profit and loss accounts,
balance, notes, the board's report and the auditor's report).
2. The last period accounts which are availablef or 2009 and any recent
information which is relevant for the company's economic and financial
capacity.
3. Print out of a credit check not older than 3 months (e.g. from Lindorff
or Dun og Bradstreet).
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: A secure financial
ability to fulfil the contract is required.
III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met:
Other documentation required (please state below).
1. The tenderer shall give a complete description of the general
organisation, including an organisation chart with a description of
positions including responsibility, authority and co-operation
relationships for the company.
2. Description of commpetence.
3. References, relevant assignments in the last 3 years.
4. Documentation of the production and vehicle capacity as well as
personnel resources as regards operations.
5. Reserve capacity as regards production, vehicles and personnel.
6. Description of stocks.
7. Description of any sub suppliers and their competence as well as the
equipment capacity and responsibility and assignments that they shall
have.
If the tenderer does not have the above mentioned resources in their own
company, documentation of equivalent resources at sub suppliers or
co-operation partners shall be included with the tender, together with a
binding statement that these resources will be available for the tenderer.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
The tenderer must have the organisation, production capacity, vehicles,
stocks and sufficient personnel resources to fulfil the assignment as
described in the tender documents.
