The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of the annual preventive maintenance and inspection on a quarterly basis of PDU and UPS units during the period 11/16/09 - 11/15/2010.  Please see the attached Statement of Work.

The requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR PART 13.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Preventive maintenance and inspections are required to be performed to maintain UPS and PDU equipment in operations at El Paso Intelligence Center's (EPIC).
Inspections, maintenance, repair work, and new work performance will be accomplished at DEA/El Paso Intelligence Center, 11339 SSG Sims Street, El Paso, Texas 79908-8098.

The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order based on best value. All sources shall submit a quotation, which will be evaluated, by November 10, 2009. Responses shall be submitted electronically to alyse.n.white@usdoj.gov.  All respondents will be considered by this agency.  The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to this synopsis, will be the best value to the Government.The deadline for questions is November 2, 2009 at 12:00pm EST. Quotes shall be submitted by November 10, 2009 at 10:00am EST.
