This is a presolicitation notice for the Grand Forks, ND English Coulee Sewer Work and Diversion Culvert. This project will be a 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business's (SDV) with a Small Business Size of $33,500,000 for NAICS code 237990. All work is in/near the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota. The work shall consist of 2 tasks as follows: Task 1 (Abandonment of Residential Sewer Pipe) shall consist of locating and properly abandoning a residential sewer pipe passing under a floodwall and connected to the river.  The pipe shall be abandoned by completely filling it with Control Density Fill (CDF).  Task 2 (English Coulee Diversion Culvert) shall consist of furnishing and installing a 24" RCP culvert under 69th Street that will discharge storm water into the English Coulee Diversion.  The culvert shall include a flared end section, concrete headwall, flap gate, and rip rap at each end.

Estimated magnitude for this project is $25,000 to $100,000.

The formal solicitation will be issued 30 October, 2009
