RECOVERY--Furnishing and delivering Owner's Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title. There may be multiple (1 to 5) ownerships (parcels) within each line item. A surveyed tract map depicting the area of required title verification, per the SOW, will be provided for each parcel within each line item. The Government will attempt to obtain and deliver to the Contractor from the Grantor(s) for each parcel, any existing Abstract of Title (surface or mineral) available covering the real estate to each required tract. A Notice-To-Proceed (NTP) will be issued for each line item, as needed, individually.

4. Hansboro, North Dakota (Towner County)
5. Antler, North Dakota (Boltineau County)
6. Noonan, North Dakota (Divide County)
7. Neche, North Dakota (Pembina County)
8. Wahalla, North Dakota (Pembina County)
9. Sarles, North Dakota (Cavalier County)
10. Pinecreek, Minnesota (Roseau County)
11. Hannah, North Dakota (Cavalier County)
12. Maida, North Dakota (Cavalier County)

The locations listed above are put in order of priority and referred to as spreadable line items. The first eight (8) line items are primary and it is fully expected that they will be executed and products requested. The remaining line item may be requested subject to funding.
