THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Public Law 109-461, 38USC, sec 8127 provides SDVOSB and VOSBNew work shall upgrade the existing SPD HVAC Systems as shown on plans including all affected services necessary for the successful operation of the upgraded HVAC systems such as electrical, fire alarm, fire protection, architectural, structural and plumbing services. Demo work required to provide dust control barriers, remove all existing services as shown on plans. Work to be done on nights (surgery schedule permitting and to be coordinated with VA project engineer/manager) or weekends only. Asbestos abatement shall be carried out in strict compliance with VA requirements.
