The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiatie a sole-source, fixed price contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Services under Request for Quote (RFQ) TAP.  This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website.  Interested parties are respoonsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they ahve the most up-to-date information about this acquistion.  Sikorsky Aircraft Services is to provide a Total Assurance Package for the maintenance of
UH-60M aircraft.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by 11:00 AM, EDT, Monday, November 2, 2009 to the attention of Ms. Theresa M. Powell, Contract Specialist.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  The NAICS code is 488190, ths size standard is $7M, and is being issued as an unrestricted procurement.  This contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12.  Telephone requests will not be accepted.
