Works contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129218/C/WKS/RS.
2. Procedure: International open tender procedure.
3. Programme: IPA.
4. Financing: IPA 2008.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission Delegation to Serbia, on behalf of and for the account of the
beneficiary country, Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Description of the contract: (1) Relocation of Mancelov channel and
construction of 2 landfill cells (57 000 m² and 60 000 m²).
Construction of a regional landfill implies the construction of a landfill
body, guard building and weighbridge, disinfection barrier, the
reconstruction of an existing building for use as an administrative
building, a space for workers accommodation, workshops, entrance facility,
laboratory, tools store, fire insurance set depot, roadway with entry
crossing gate, flat with vehicle-washing facility, parking places,
separation plant hall, baled garbage flat, covered baled recyclables flat,
flat for construction waste, flat for temporary lay down, separating and
stacking of bulky waste, flat for temporary lay down and stacking of
primary separated waste for future sell, septic tank, transformer station,
2 purpose shelter, green area, lagoons (aerated and sedimentary) for
filtrate and technology wastewater purification, technical water well
facility, electric facility, fence surrounding whole territory of landfill
body and facilities.
(2) Construction of transfer station in Sabac.
Transfer station complex taking area of 1,16 ha implies the following 6
zones: reception and transmitting zone, reloading zone, recycle yard zone,
composting zone, wastewater purification zone, washing zone (for trucks
and containers).
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: 1 lot.
8. Scheduled publication date of the procurement notice: February 2010.
