Sealed tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004 are hereby invited from the interested persons / suppliers / contractors / companies on B-l Forms for execution / procurement of the following works: The intended participants / contractors can see contract documents and blank tenders obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of tender fee (non-refundable) on any working day between office hours upto 9.11.2009 on production of call deposit in the name of District Officer (Roads), Thatta. The tenders will be received back and opened on 10.11.2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the presence of the Executive District Officer, Works & Services Department, Thatta; the undersigned; the Divisional Accounts Officer and in the presence of the contractors or their authorized agents who are present at that time. Other terms and conditions can be seen in the office ot the undersigned on any working day during working hours.
Terms And Conditions Of The Tenders: i) No conditional tender will be entertained. ii) No tender without call deposit will be considered. iii) If the undersigned happens to be out of headquarters on the date of opening of the tenders, the same will be opened on the next working day at 2:00 p.m. iv) If any tender remains un-responded the same will be issued upto 16.11.2009 and opened on 17.11.2009 as per same terms and conditions. v) Again if any tender remains un-responded. the same will be issued upto 23.11.2009 and opened on 24.11.2009 as per same terms and conditions.
The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
