This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. This was previously pre-solicitation number N00164-09-T-GQ20. The solicitation number has been changed to N00164-10-T-GQ20. This proposed procurement is a Navy requirement for Motorola Radio Accessories to be purchased on a brand-name only basis. Solicitation will be issued for an anticipated Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award that will cover a five year ordering period with a contract minimum amount of $25,000.00 and a maximum contract amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. Delivery will be required 40 days after award of delivery order and shall be FOB Destination. The anticipated delivery location for the Motorola Radio Accessories is NAVSUFWARCENDIV Crane, IN. Final Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. The contract will be awarded on the basis of best value in accordance with the criteria stated in the solicitation. The offeror will be required to submit past performance and a price proposal. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual certification requirements by calling 1-800-227-2423, or via internet www.ccr.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane website, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes and/or amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
