UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN LAS CRUCES, NM STAR #: 9NM2053 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space in a multi-tenant building. The space offered must consist of approximately 608 rentable square feet in Las Cruces, NM. The space should yield 529ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require four (4) (surface) parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the City limits of Las Cruces, NM. The proposed lease is for five (5) years, three (3) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements.
