Note: Non-refundable Fee: 575/- (with VAT and NBT)

Applications will be received from reputed Manufacturers, Suppliers and Contractors to be registered as Suppliers and Contractors for the provision of under mentioned goods and services for the year 2010.
Applicants should self-prepare their applications and should submit separate applications for each item and service. For Item Nos. 01 to 06 - Rs.575/- (with VAT and NBT), Item Nos. 17 to 23 - Rs.1150/- (with VAT and NBT) and Item Nos. 24 to 41 -Rs.575/- (with VAT and NBT) should be paid as Registration Fee.
Institutes and persons expecting to Register as Suppliers of Goods and Services and Contractors should send applications with documents in proof of their eligibilities and experience along with a Cheque or money order drawn in favour of Chairman, Bingiriya Pradeshiya Sabha for the Registration Fee, should be sent addressed to Chairman, Bingiriya, Pradeshiya Sabha Bingiriya by registered post, to be received at or before 2.30 p.m. on 14.12.2009. The cover containing the application should be marked "Registration of Suppliers / Contractors - 2010", on the left side top corner.
Normally for supplies and services and other works, quotations will be called from the registered suppliers and contractors but the council reserves the right to obtain such supplies and services and other works from outside the registered list as and when required. Further details can be obtained from the office during working hours.
