Note: Leasing Out of Properties Year 2010: Cleaning and Collecting Charges at Walasmulla Public Lavatory

Sealed tenders are accepted by me for leasing out the authority to collect taxes on the under mentioned properties belonging to Weeraketiya Pradeshiya Sabha for the year 2010 up to 10.30 a.m. on 03.11.2009 and the tenders received will be opened at 11.00 a.m. on the same date at this office.
Tenders should be submitted only on the application forms, which can be obtained from this - office upon payment of relevant tender security VAT and Nation Building taxes up to 10.00 a.m. on 3rd November 2009 from 15th October 2009. The leasing out of this property will be subjected to VAT, Tax according to the Amount tendered Nation Building Tax and other taxes imposed by the Government. Payments for obtaining tender forms -should be made only in cash, Tender security and Form fee are as fallows.
