Description RailCorp NSW Australia is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies for the provision of drug and alcohol assessment, rehabilitation and counselling services.
RailCorp will use this tender to create a new panel for the ongoing provision of the above services for a period of 2 years with opportunities for extension. The following services are required:

1. Medical assessment and report relating to drug and alcohol rehabilitation and return to work
2. Telephone consultation following positive urine drug screens;
3. Medical assessment and report following positive urine drug screen;
4. AS4308 urine drug screen;
5. Alcohol breath test;
6. Pathology associated with D&A rehabilitation;
7. Referral for treatment or further investigation;
8. Consultation with other health professionals and with RailCorp;
9. Associated rail safety health assessments categories 1, 2 and 3;
10. D&A counselling services
