Note: Operation/Maintenance and Servicing of Five Passenger Lifts (Schindler) & One Escalator Installed at Sbp Bsc (Bank), Lahore
Tender fee of Rs.200/- (non refundable)

State Bank of Pakistan SBP BSC (Bank) Lahore invites Quotations for the captioned work. The firms with experience in the trade and interested to participate are requested to obtain scope of work, Bill of Quantities/ complete specifications etc. from office of the undersigned latest by 28-11-2008 against cash payment of Rs.200/-(non refundable)
Please note that:- 1) The amount of earnest money for the above work is 2% of the quoted amount for the contract period of one year, either in cash or in the form of Bank Draft/Payment Order in favour of the State Bank of Pakistan SBP BSC (Bank), Lahore.
2) Quotations duly completed alongwith the requisite earnest money and addressed to the Chief Manager should be submitted in a sealed cover, duly marked with the subject, either personally or through registered post so as to reach this office on or before 29-11-2008 at 10-30 A.M.
3) The Quotation shall be opened at 11.00 A.M. on the same day in presence of those contractors who may like to be present.
4) No documents shall be sold on the date fixed for opening.
5) Incomplete, conditional and quotations without earnest money shall not be considered at all.
6) Rates should be valid for 45 days period.
The interested Contractor/Firm shall apply for the documents along with their complete profile/resume with the details of works of similar nature presently in hand / executed so far with cost supported by the documentary evidence.
