Community Volunteer Income Tax Program Tote Bags

OBJECTIVE

The CRA requires 18,000 Tote Bags for the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.

SPECIFICATIONS

The Tote Bags must meet the following specifications:

• Colour: Black
• Material: Non woven 90 gram polypropylene
• Dimensions: 12” – 13” W x 14” – 15” H x 8” – 9” D
• Two self material handles between 16” and 18” long
• Durable and lightweight

Corporate logo/art work will be provided by Canada Revenue Agency to the contractor.

The mandatory specifications can be found in the Request for Proposal Package.

DELIVERY

Deliverables must be received by the Project Authority within 14 days of Contract award.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

The Bidder must meet all mandatory requirements applicable to this solicitation. Proposals not meeting all mandatory requirements will be given no further consideration in the evaluation.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
