Announces an open tender concerning
procurement of audit check up service of the MHBS balance report


Tender shall be consist of 1 (one) lot.
Participation fee:
LOT-1. Primary opening on January 1, 2009 audit check up of MHBS balance report—100 (one hundred) manats

Tender participants are proposed to submit their tender proposals in written form in a double-sealed envelope, authorized by signature and stamp.
Tender participants must possess necessary high-qualified staff potential, technical and financial possibilities for fulfilling the contract.
Bidders must submit the affirmative documents for fulfilling the contract:
a) Firm got reliable license for leading audit check ups from the appropriate organs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
b) Firm meets all the requirements determined in the tender announcement for audit check ups on the basis of MHBS balance reports. These arguments can be valid CPA/ACCA licenses and biography of the personnel of the audit group.
Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the collection of basic conditions compiled in Azerbaijan language from the administrative building of “Bakielektrikshebeke” Open Joint-Stock Company at the address: Baku city, 20, Kazimzadeh, str., after transferring participation to the mentioned account.
The participation fee is not refundable in any cases.

Applicants must submit the following documents to participate at the tender:
- Bank document on payment of fee to participate at the tender;
- Bank certificate on bidder’s financial state for last 1 (one) year;
- Bidder’s juridical status, country of registration and requisites;
- Information about potential possibilities for fulfilling the works;
- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- A bank guarantee in amount of 2% (guarantee proposals) of the tender proposal value (must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- The tender proposal of the participants who do not submit the bank guarantee in an envelope with the tender proposal, will be considered invalid and will not be estimated;
- Information from the relevant tax authorities to pay taxes and other debts, and no overdue debts in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Conformity on the relevant goods.

Documents must be compiled in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (documents in foreign language must be translated into Azerbaijan language).
Tender procedure will be held according to the law of Azerbaijan Republic “On State Procurement”.
Bidders must submit above shown documents till 18:00, November 23, 2009.
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Tender proposal and bank guarantee must be submitted till 12:00, December 8, 2009 to the General Department at the address: Baku city, 20, Kazimzadeh, str.
Proposal envelopes will be unsealed at the above-mentioned address at 12:00, December 9, 2009
Authorized representatives of the bidders can take part in the tender procedure.
