1.The invitation for participation at the tender is given according to the general notification for procurement issued in issue number 600 of the magazine “Development Business” on August 16, 2005.
2. Azerbaijan Government got credit from International Development Association to finance “Development of Financial Services” project. “Azerpocht” LTD is going to spend part of resources on purchasing of connection equipments for the depatments of “Azerpocht” LTD .
3. Being executor due to the project “Azerpocht” LTD invites applicants to submit their tender proposals for following equipments and services:
Desktop (1 kva UPS, operation system and providing with antivirus program)
Multifunctionam machine (copier, fax, scaner, printer)
Matrix printer
4.Tender procedure will be provided according to the international tender procedures mentioned in the instructions of World Bank “Procurement of International Reorganization and Debts of the Development Bank and International development Association credits” and tender is open for all the participants from all the countries who have participation right.
5. Those who are interested in the tender may get more information at the “Azerpocht” LTD (rrustamov@azerpost.az) or Group of Project Association (RMusayev@nba.az) or may apply for checking the tender documents to the below mentioned addresses during works days from 9:00 till 18:00.
6. Additional preference won’t be given to the local participants who have participation rights.
7. Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the collection of basic conditions compiled in English after sending written application to the mentioned address and transferring non refundable participation fee in amount 300 (three hundred) manat, or 375 (three hundred and seventy five) USD.

8. Bidders are given 6 (six) weeks for submitting the documents and they are supposed to submit their proposals till 15:30, December 1, 2009 (Baku time). Tender proposals submitted in on-line version will not be accepted.
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Tender procedure will be held at 16:00, December 1, 2009 at the below mentioned address. All the proposals must be submitted with the proposal guarantee in amount if 8000 (eight thousand) USD with the participation of authorized representatives.
