RE-INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Provincial Government of Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee, is inviting interested distributors, wholesalers and/or suppliers, to apply for eligibility and to participate in the sealed competitive bidding for the procurement of the following Reconditioned Heavy Equipment:

7 2 units Wheel Loader, Japan Surplus, reconditioned
8 2 units Combination roller, Japan surplus, reconditioned

Bidding Fee- P60,000.00

All particulars relative to the eligibility, bid evaluation, and award of contract shall be governed by the provisions of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Availability of Bid Documents October 30, 2009 at the BAC Secretariat's Office, Capitol Bldg., Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela
Pre Bid Conference November 5, 2009, 2:00 pm at the Governor's Office Mini Conference Hall, Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela
Deadline of submission of eligibility Documents November 17, 2009 10:00 am at the Governor's Office Mini Conference Hall, Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela
Opening of Bids November 17, 2009, 10:30 am at the Governor's Office Mini Conference Hall, Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela
Complete set of bid proposals/forms may be acquired from the BAC Secretariat's Office, Capitol Ilagan, Isabela upon payment of non-refundable bidding fee stated above at the Provincial Treasurer's Office.
The Provincial Government of Isabela reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any required formality and award the contract to the bidder whose proposal has been evaluated by the BAC as the most advantageous to the Provincial Government as well as the right to confiscate the bid bond and/or pursue appropriate legal action should the winning bidder refuse to accept the award.

Further, the Provincial Government assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that they may incur in this undertaking nor does it guarantee that an award shall be made.
