INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID


The Provincial Government of Isabela through its Bids and Awards Committee is
inviting interested distributors/wholesalers/ suppliers in the pre-eligibility activity and to participate in the sealed competitive bidding for the procurement of various MEDICAL/LABORATORY EQUIPMENT for the various provincial and district hospitals in the province.
All particulars relative to eligibility, bid evaluation, and award of contract shall be governed by the provisions of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:

Availability of Pre-bid documents October 29-30 2009, 8:00am-5:00pm at the BAC Secretariat Office Provincial Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela.

Pre-Bid Conference November 5, 10:00 am, at the Governor's Office Mini- Conference Hall, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela

Deadline of submission of Bids November 16, 10:00 am at the Governor's Office Mini Conference Hall, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela.

Opening of Bids November 16, 2009, 10:30 am at the Governor's Office Mini Conference Hall, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela.

Approved Budget Contract Php 5,050,000.00

Complete set of bid proposal/forms may be acquired from the BAC Secretariat Office, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela by the eligible supplier/dealers after payment of a non-refundable bidding fee of Php 5,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer's Office.

The Provincial Government of Isabela reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality and award bid contract to any bidder whose proposal has been evaluated by the BAC as the most advantageous bid. The Provincial Government assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that they may have incurred in the preparation of their bids, neither does it guarantee that an award will be made.
