with implementation of Programme for local energy centrals the Awarding
Authority requests tenders for programme coordinator assignments. The
contract shall be carried out in 2010 with option for prolongation for
year 2011. The assignment involves providing professional assistance and
capacity in relation to application considerations and following up of
