1. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for supply of following items:-
2. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) on production copy of Registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department, copy of NTN certificate and challan form no. 32-A worth Rs. 200/- duly deposited into Govt Treasury (Head XLVII, Main Head XII, Sub Head ‘A’ Miscellaneous Code Def 1220) for each item separately in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi.
3. Bid Security
a. Registered and Indexed Firms - 2% (Upper limit Rs. 0.2 Million)
b. Registered Firms - 5% (Upper limit Rs. 0.5 Million)
c. Un-Registered Firms - 5% (Upper limit Rs.1.0 Million)
4. Quantity Offer 100% quantity should be offered.
5. Validity of Offer Ser 1a to c for 60 days and ser 1d to j for 120 days after opening of commercial offer.
6. Performance Guarantee 10% of the contract value within 30 days after issuance of letter of intent/signing of contract.
7. Detailed terms and conditions are mentioned in the tender documents.
8. Tender will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firms representative.
9. All rights to accept/reject any or all the tenders are reserved with the competent purchase officer.
