According to specifications given in the schedule of tender. subject to the general conditions of contract for wapda purchase all duties and other charges sales tax must be mentioned separately.
Eligibility of Contractors- Registered firms from chief engineer (p«td) wapda Lahore/manufacturers/ stockiest/ dealers, Tendercan be purchased- From this office as well as from office of the general manager (thermal) wapda Lahore or resident representative, c-39 block-6, P.RC.HS, Karachi.
Earnest money (each tender)- Registered Firms with chief engineer (P&D) wapda Lahore/ stockiest/dealers/ manufacturers/ suppliers of the items. 2% of the quoted bid value in the shape of the call deposit or 2% in the shape of bank guarantee.
Unregistered firms stockiest/dealers/ manufacturers/suppliers 5% of the quoted
bid in the shape of call deposit or 05% in the shape of bank guarantee, bank guarantee and call deposit issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan will be accepted.
