Advertised Tender Notice No.WTR/17/2009/10 dated 21.10.2009 sealed tenders for and on behalf of the President of India are invited by Chief Engineer (Track Supply), Head Quarter Office, Old Building , 2nd floor, Churchgate , Mumbai: 400 020.
Tender forms can be obtained from the office of Chief Engineer (TS), Western Railway, Churchgate, between 10.30 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on any working days from one month prior to date of opening of tender against production of necessary Cash Receipt for the cost of tender fee issued by the Chief Cashier, Western Railway, Churchgate, Mumbai -400 020 or by crossed A/c. payee Postal order or demand draft / Pay order drawn in the name of Chief Cashier, Western Railway, Churchgate , Mumbai-400 020. Money orders or Cheques will not be accepted.
The tender documents of above tender can be downloaded from website http:// www.wr.indianrail.gov.in from ONE MONTH PRIOR TO DATE OF OPENING OF TENDER . Tenderers downloading the tender document through internet shall attach a separate Demand Draft towards the cost of tender document as mentioned above in addition to separate Demand Draft towards Earnest Money Deposit otherwise, the offers are liable to be passed over. The tenderers who are found to be indulging in changing/adding or deleting the contents, of the tender documents down-loaded will be liable to face necessary action as per extant instructions which could be removal from approved list, banning suspension of business dealing etc.
