This procurement is set-aside as Buy Indian (25 USC 47). The CHR will perform medically guided para-professional community outreach work, under a Personal Services Contract as directed by the Fort McDermitt Clinical Director. The CHR will continually work to develop community health networking systems, coordinate activities of the CHR program to benefit the community, assist in the local clinics and other health care programs serving the community as directed by the McDermitt Clinical Director. The Ft. McDermitt Health Clinic is located in the isolated Ft. McDermitt Paiute - Shoshone Indian Reservation.
