DescriptionThe Commonwealth, represented by and acting through the Australian Taxation Office (Tax Office), invites Tenders for delivery of a technical refresh and upgrade to the Commonwealth's Australian Business Register (ABR) registration system of Australian Business Names (ABNs).
Conditions for ParticipationThe Tax Office will exclude a Tender from further consideration if the Tax Office considers that the Tender has not been submitted by single legal entity which is in existence or an unincorporated joint venture which has been established at the Closing Time.
Timeframe for Delivery

Preliminary phase due 4 weeks from Commencement, Release 1 required July 2010
