The Commonwealth of Australia, through Defence Joint Project 66 Phase1 (JP66PH1), seeks to introduce a new Air Defence Target System (ADTS) into the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to replace the capability previously provided through a combination of physical platforms and contractual arrangements.

This notice must not be construed, interpreted, or relied upon, whether by expression or implication, as an offer capable of acceptance by any person, or as creating any form of contractual, quasi-contractual, restitutionary or promissory estoppel rights, or rights based upon similar legal or equitable grounds.

To obtain a copy of the RFT, Tenderers must have met the conditions outlined in JP66PH1ITR_5 and must have been advised by JP 66 Project Office, in writing, that the security details provided have been subsequently validated.

The RFT will not be made available to Tenderers that have not had their personal security clearances validated by Defence Security Agency (DSA) or the equivalent foreign government agency for members possessing a foreign security clearance.

Prior to receiving RESTRICTED information Tenderers must have signed an "Undertaking for the Protection of Restricted Material Released to Australian Defence Industry"; available from the Project Office.RESTRICTED sections of the RFT will not be released to a custodian / facility for which a signed "Undertaking" has not been received.
