Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Products & Cleaning Chemicals

There is a Mandatory Site Visit and a Bidder's Conference
scheduled to take place
at Kitchen/Building H33 on Oak Street at CFB Gagetown at 10:30
am on Monday
November 16th , 2009.

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply & delivery of
Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Supplies and Cleaning Chemicals
to Department of National Defence at CFB Gagetown in Oromocto,
New Brunswick on an "as and when" requested basis which includes
the provision
of all Dispensing Units & Related Equipment all in accordance
with Annex "A" the «Statement of Requirements» and Annex "B" the
Pricing Sheets - «List of Products» attached to the solicitation
document for the period from 18 December, 2009 to 31 December
2010 with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year
period.

All Dispensing Units & Related Equipment ie; such as Automatic
Dispensers for Hand Sanitizers etc... MUST be provided to DND
which will include all maintenance on a regular monthly & on
emergency basis at no cost to the client. DND will determine
what is required
and will specify where the equipment needs to be installed.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Annex "A" - Statement of Requirements

Annex "B" - Pricing Sheets - «List of Products»

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of
Requirements (SOR) at Annex "A", and the «List of Products» at
Annex "B" and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer

Pricing: Suppliers must complete attached Annex "B" - Pricing
Sheets - «List of Products».

Suppliers must provide a price for all items at Annex "B".

All products MUST be «Ready to Use». Concentrated Products that
require dilution are NOT acceptable; therefore you must
offer/quote on products that are «Ready to Use». Failure to do
so will render your bid non compliant and it will be rejected!

BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate
bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting ALL mandatory
requirements.

NOTE: The period of the proposed contract will overlap that of
the existing contract for (2) weeks, from 18 to 31 December
2009, when the activity on the base is at a minimum. This
overlap will permit the removal of existing dispensers and
related equipment, and installation of new equipment, in the
event that the standing offer is not awarded to the incumbent
contractor. This period should also be used to replace,
substitute or add equipment if required or requested by DND.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE:

The successful bidder MUST perform monthly maintenance service
to all dispensing units and related equipment including
refilling of dispensers if required. This maintenance service
must be done on the first Tuesday of each month to several
of DND's buildings as listed below:

Kitchen/Building H33
Kitchen F6
Kitchen A9; and
Kitchen in Petersville

The supplier will be responsible for all repairs and service to
the dispensing units and related equipment.

Emergency Maintenance Service will will be required within
twenty four (24) hours of a service requirement being placed.

Products will be ordered only on an "as and when required" basis.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
