THIS NOTICE REPLACES THE PREVIOUS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR W911QY-09-R-0040, T-11 PERSONNEL PARACHUTE SPARE PARTS.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division (NCD), Natick, MA, intends to competitively acquire the manufacturing and delivery of spare parts for the T-11 Personnel Parachute System. The Government anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, but reserves the right to award one contract, with a total combined maximum value of $20,000,000.00. Any resultant contract(s) will be on a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. Resultant contracts will only be made to those Contractors qualified at the time of award as a manufacturer on the Qualified Products List (QPL) 6645 for the T-11 Personnel Parachute, in accordance with FAR 9.2. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314999. The units will be shipped to Haymarket, VA. The request for proposal will be posted on the Natick web site at https://www3.natick.army.mil under Business Opportunities/Current Acquisitions/W911QY-10-R-0005 ON OR ABOUT November 30, 2009. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with proposal preparation. Only virgin material shall be used in th manufacturing of these units.
