REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

Nipissing University is located in North Bay, Ontario. Nipissing University is a primarily undergraduate university with a reputation for excellence in a range of disciplines. The University is a high-quality academic environment that is student-focused and based on innovative approaches to learning, and which provides students with the holistic support they require to excel both academically and personally.

Nipissing University is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for their employees. The program is offered to 405 employees and their eligible dependents. Employees are all located primarily in North Bay, Ontario. However employees may also reside in other areas of Ontario (Brantford, Toronto, Muskoka, Bracebridge and Northern Ontario) and as well, professors on sabbatical are also eligible for coverage and could be located anywhere in Canada or in the U.S.
