Port-spray lacrimogen, 5000 tocuri pistol cu port încarcator, 5000 port-carnete amenzi, 5000 de harti reprezentând zona de responsabilitate si 175 fisete metalice.

4.Adresa de la Instanta Competenta/Curtea Districtuala/Agentie Guvernamentala unde îsi are sediul compania/sucursala
5.Certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de administrare fiscala al unitatii administrativ teritoriale de pe raza careia societatea îsi are sediul social privind plata obligatiilor la bugetul de stat sau echivalent
6.Certificat privind plata impozitelor si taxelor locale, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor
7.Certificat pentru plata CAS
8.Cazier judiciar pentru administrator(i) societatii sau un document echivalent emis în tara de origine asa cum sunt mentionate în Certificatul Constatator precum si pentru persoana împuternicita (unde este cazul) ce semneaza declaratia referitoare la art.180 si art.181, respectiv Declaratie privind eligibilitatea

b)Media Cifrei de afaceri a ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) pe ultimii trei ani financiari incheiati (2006, 2007, 2008).

a)Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) trebuie sa demonstreze experienta prin intermediul a maxim 3 contracte din domeniul livrarii de echipamente individuale de protectie si mascare, accesorii si mijloace individuale de ordine publica finalizate in ultimii 3 ani impliniti la data termenului limita pentru depunerea ofertei - valoarea cumulata a acestor proiecte fiind de minimum: 525.000 Euro pentru lotul I;62.000 Euro pentru lotul II;100.000 Euro pentru lotul III;50.000 Euro pentru lotul IV;27.000 Euro pentru lotul V;175.000 Euro pentru lotul VI;25.000 Euro pentru lotul VII;25.000 Euro pentru lotul VIII;26.000 Euro pentru lotul IX, aceasta reprezentand participarea ofertantului. b)Ofertantul trebuie sa aiba implementat un sistem de management al calitatii respectiv ISO 9001 sau echivalent, in domeniul livrarii de echipamente individuale de protectie si mascare, accesorii si mijloace individuale de ordine publica.
