of this competition is the establishment of a Frameweork type Agreement
for the provision of Diagnostic Imaging Managed Service, portable
facilities, equipment, specialist personell, for the provision of MRI, CT,
PET, General Diagnostic Imaging Services etc to HSE owned facilities and
HSE funded agencies in Ireland.
This requirement is for a non priority service and the process is being
conducted under the provisions of Annex 11B.

Description of these options: The HSE intends using this Framework
Agreement to meet its requirements and the requirements of agencies funded
by the HSE during the lifetime of the Framework Agreement.
The HSE reserves the right to enter into negotiationms with the selected
service provider following each mini competition.

months: 48 (from the award of the contract).
