1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129209/C/SUP/RS.
2. Procedure: Open.

5. Contracting authority: Delegation of the European Commission to the
Republic of Serbia, Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Contract description: Improving integrated border management IT
network of the Serbian Ministry of Interior through the delivery of IT
equipment as mentioned below in the titles of lots. These contracts
entails also installation, configuration and putting into operation of the
equipment.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: Lot 1: border control point
(BCP) devices and software (this lot includes: wireless fingerprint
capture stations, IP video surveillance cameras for licence plate
recognition system, IP video surveillance cameras and related software).
Lot 2: telecommunication network interconnection equipment (this lot
includes: routers and switches).
Lot 3: database and reporting platforms (this lot includes: data
warehouse, data warehouse back-up platforms and software, workstations).
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: January
2010.
9. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006.
