This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information.

This is a notice that Regional Contracting Office Fort Richardson, Alaska awarded a contract to ScreamFree Institute, Inc, 2180 Satellite Blvd Ste 400; Duluth, GA 30097-4927 in the amount of $57,985.00 for the ScreamFree mariage and parenting model for staff facilitators. The unique concept enable facilitators to assist soldiers and families in addressing reactions to deployment and return from deployment. This model is proprietary and not available to other vendors.
