Garantia de participare:pt.lotul I:172173 lei,pt.lotul II:80184 lei,pt.lotul III:29341 lei; garantia de buna executie: 10% din valoarea fara TVA a contractului.

Buget fond ANAF constituit in temeiul art. 227 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 92/2003 privind Codul de procedura fiscala, republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, prin ordin de plata.

Declaratie privind eligibilitatea, Declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art. 181, din OUG 34/2006,Certificat de atestare fiscala, Operatorul economic ofertant sa nu fie in stare de insolventa si sa nu aiba formulata impotriva sa nicio cerere intemeiata pe dispozitiile Legii nr. 85/2006 privind procedura insolventei, prezentand in acest sens o declaratie pe propria raspundere, Certificat constatator.
Pentru persoane juridice straine: orice document edificator in tara de origine sau in tara in care ofertantul este stabilit cum ar fi: certificate, caziere judiciare sau alte documente echivalente emise de autoritati competente din tara respectiva. In cazul in care in tara de origine sau in tara in care este stabilit ofertantul nu se emit documente de natura celor mentionate sau respectivele documente nu vizeaza toate situatiile prevazute in cele doua declaratii, autoritatea contractanta accepta o declaratie pe propria raspundere, sau, daca in tara respectiva nu exista prevederi legale referitoare la declaratia pe propria raspundere, o declaratie autentica data in fata unui notar, a unei autoritati administrative sau judiciare sau a unei asociatii profesionale care are competente in acest sens.
Se pot prezenta si orice alte acte doveditoare(certificate) echivalente in conditiile art. 182, din OUG nr. 34/2006, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.

- Experienta similara in ultimii 3 ani;
- Ofertantul sa fie autorizat sa livreze produsele oferite si sa detina competente pentru instalarea, configurarea si punerea in functiune a acestora, prezentand in acest sens o declaratie/autorizatie din partea producatorului, in original sau copie legalizata.
- Standarde de asigurare a calitatii

- Minim 3 contracte similare care implica activitati si expertiza in furnizarea, instalarea si actualizarea software de baza, in valoare cumulata de minimum 700.000 euro pentru lotul 1; 300.000 euro pentru lotul 2 si 100.000 euro pentru lotul 3; sau proportional de la infiintare pana la data elaborarii ofertei; - certificat ISO 9001 sau echivalent pentru activitatile relevante pentru acest contract;
