City Council requires the successful tenderer(s), to provide a removal,
transportation and storage service for furniture across domestic and
commercial moves.
The Contractor is required to provide a Commercial and Domestic Removal
Service as required below.
i. Domestic Service - the removal of domestic goods (furniture, personal
possessions etc) from Tenants homes to alternative locations or to
storage.
ii. Commercial Service - The removal and relocation of goods (furniture,
documents, general equipment etc) for offices, schools, libraries and
other properties within the City.
The estimated value of this contract is GBP 70 000 per annum; this is not
to be taken as guaranteed level of service, only as estimation. The
Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of service
it supplies based on our service fluctuations.
