currently own approximately 3 060 residential properties.
The purpose of the contract is to commission a single consultant to
capture stock condition survey information on a rolling basis, which will
be used for future business planning and stock investment. In addition to
this the council wishes to ensure the appointed consultant has sufficient
flexibility to provide the council with additional related services should
they be required.
