COMMERCIAL ITEM: Background The Department of Health and Human Service (HHS) is the United States government�s principal agency for protecting the health of all Americans and providing essential human services, especially for those who are least able to help themselves. The Division of Property Management (DPM), Administrative Operations Service AOS), Program Support Center (PSC), provides a variety of administrative support services for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administrative and Management and the HHS agencies and other Federal agencies housed throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. The Logistics Services Branch (LSB) a branch within the Division of Property Management has a requirement to purchase one special needs van for the transport of persons with disabilities. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FORM 1449 AND REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
