The purpose of this specification is to remove old and procure/install new heating solution, hot water heater, and building air compressor for Building 27, Munitions.  The government requires a heating solution that is durable, reliable, economical, energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and National Guard Bureau (NGB). 

This replacement project is set-aside for Hubzone small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1007(b)(2).  The minor construction work will take place at Bradley Air National Guard Base, in East Granby, CT.  All offers should be submitted to TSgt Piper Masse at Piper.Masse@ang.af.mil or TSgt Dawn Whelan at Dawn.Whelan@ang.af.mil or faxed to (860)292-2342 or mailed and received by the closing date/time to 103 MSG/MSC, 100 Nicholson Rd, East Granby, CT  06026.  Any questions can be directed to TSgt Masse at (860)292-2320.  All site visit requests should be coordinated through TSgt Masse by calling (860)292-2320 or emailing Piper.Masse@ang.af.mil
