This Recovery Act approved project, Repair Exterior to Building 8130, Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee, VA, is to perform a site survey and provide a scoping survey report that will detail the requirements needed to repair and replace all damaged masonry brick, repair failing mortar joints, step cracks, repair bricks which are loose, chipped, broken, stained, or otherwise damaged and power wash building. Additionally, the project will repair and reseal/caulk all windows, doors and frames and repaint same.
