This estimated 28.6 miles of levee segments has an estimated magnitude of between $20 million and $30 million. This requirement is unrestricted under applicable NAICS Code 237990. The levee segrements are 1) CW1 Vado bridge to Borderland Bridge 17.3 miles (West Levee); and 2) CE1 Vado Bridge to upstream of Vinton Bridge 11.5 miles (East Levee). Levee improvements of the levee segments will consist of 1) raising the top-of-the levee elevation, 2) providing seepage control structures as required, and 3) rehabilitating existing pipeline/culvert structures and appurtenances located within the levees by modifying them to be in accordance with the raised levee cross section, repairing gates and gatewells as required, and adding gates to ungated structures. The contractor shall construct the rehabilitation improvements for the existing levee and modifications to affected structures as per design and specifications.
