The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number (RFP) 20181RR019, the RFP will be posted on or about 26 October 2009. This requirement will consist of but, not be limited to Install, repair or otherwise rehabilitate 316,800 feet or 60 miles of four strand barbed wire fencing along the perimeter at Sevilleta NWR (National Wildlife Refuge) Located in Socorro, New Mexico. This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990- All Other Specialty Contractors, Size standard $14.0. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
