-Documente eliberate de autoritatile legale competente, care sa ateste faptul ca respectivul operator economic si-a îndeplinit obligatiile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre bugetul general consolidat, precum si taxele locale,
-Declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura.
-Certificatul de înregistrare eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului
-Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului

Cifra de afaceri anuala medie pe ultimii 3 ani (2008, 2007 si 2006) sa fie minim 4.750.000,00 lei, respectiv: Lotul 1 - min. 930.000,00 lei Lotul 2 - min. 820.000,00 lei Lotul 3 - min. 3.000.000,00 lei (pentru persoanele juridice române) sau echivalentul sumelor în EURO la cursul BNR valabil pentru data de 15.10.2009, respectiv 4,2937 lei/ euroCursul valutar valabil pentru aceasta data se va lua în calcul si pentru conversia altor valute.
