Council seeks to appoint a Travel Management Company to provide
comprehensive travel advice, an arrangement and booking service for
Officers and Members of the City Council, when travelling in connection
with their business, together with the ongoing support of an existing
travel policy. An electronic booking interface is envisaged as the primary
method for arranging travel and assisting in governing policy. There will
also be a requirement for a traditional booking interface when the online
facility is not appropriate.
