into a 2 year call off contract with an organisation that has a proven
track record of successfully delivering a broad range of training and
development initiatives in large complex organisations. This may cover
development work with groups such as the Board, Executive Team, individual
directorates, Professional Executive Committee and PBC groups. It could
also cover the personal development of individuals which may involve
skills development and personal coaching of the board members, managers
and a range of professional staff.
