WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 15,244 square feet of rentable space in Evansville, Indiana. The space requirement can be satisfied with space in an existing building or through new construction. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 12,625 to a maximum of 13,256 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. Offered properties must be with the city limits of Evansville, Indiana. If sufficient competition is found within the Central Business District, the Government reserves the right to restrict the delineated area to the CBD. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings. The Government reserves the right to change the boundaries, reduce the square footage, or cancel any procurement. The following is required: Two (2) on-site parking spaces for Government use. Parking must be available during normal agency hours of operation (Monday � Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Space must be contiguous, fully serviced, and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Desired occupancy date is September 1, 2011.
