The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for closing agent services for single family properties owned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for two geographic areas in the state of Indiana. The primary objective is to perform closings of HUD-owned properties within 60 miles of the subject property. The contractor is expected to coordinate with the Asset Manager contractor (AM) to accomplish the closing within the allotted timeframe. The contract duration will be for one base year with four one-year options. More detailed information concerning the work requirements will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation should be available for downloading from the Federal Business Opportunity website on or about 10/30/2009. The NAICS Code is 541191 with a size standard of $7 million. No hard copies of the solicitation will be made available. Telephone and email requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
