Scope of contract : The Consultant shall be required to draft recommendations for the reform of the civil Justice System in Tanzania on the basis of review of previous analyses carried out and existing legislation and to produce and present to the Law Reform Commission Tanzania: (1) draft bills, rules and corresponding administrative reforms to the Courts, (2) amendments of existing legislation, rules and corresponding administrative reforms to the Courts, and (3) the formulation of a strategy for enactment of the above, including a timeline.
